Melodic Punk Rock, anything acoustic and fun. I like a lot of grit to a performance, so I'd like to have some fun playing some stuff around campus that doesn't get played enough. The campus can be uptight sometimes. Let loose.

Also, I'm into really chill things/alt-indie-rock as well. So that'd be really interesting for me to join an indie rock kind of group. I'm down.

Describe your musical background and interests.

A list of bands might be really helpful. But I grew up with 90s alt rock, then through adolescence good ole fashion melodic punk rock/pop punk like No Use For A Name, Bombshell Rocks, Rise Against (old stuff of course), and onto the Get Up Kids.

In High School I got into chiller, alt rock, prog, or indie pop stuff like Explosions In The Sky, The Notwist, Dave Bazan, Stars, Broken Social Scene, Built To Spill, Beirut, Rooftops, Ida Maria, Vedera, The National and a bunch of other stuff.

These days I listen to A Wilhelm Scream, The Swellers, Iron Chic, Bomb The Music Industry!, The Riot Before, Lawrence Arms, Latterman, RVIVR, Samiam mixed with Firekites, Ida Maria, Radical Face, Florence and the Machine, Matt and Kim, and more. I've gotten into top 40 recently, oddly enough.
